What is the difference between a Reward and a Freebie?

Rewards are directly related to your recent account history/gameplay and are awarded throughout the day. A Freebie, on the other hand, is a little extra given to all players on a daily basis.

What can I win from Rewards Riches?

All sorts of things! Our prizes range from Free Spins on our most popular games to free bonuses, VIP points and more. The value of your prize is completely random, with the bigger prizes being the rarest. This means that the more Rewards you claim, the more you are likely to win a rare prize. One of the prizes you can win is a Thunderball number that gets added to your Thunderball draw tickets.

How often can I get a Reward?

Make sure you frequently visit the Rewards Riches page by clicking on the gift icon. You will see a countdown timer indicating when your next Reward is available, and the great news is, they are only a few hours apart!

While Level 1 players get a Reward every 12 hours, Level 2, 3, and 4 players get it every 2 hours!

The higher your Level, the better your prizes!

How often can I get a Freebie?

Once a day, a Freebie will become available!

How do I claim my Rewards and Freebies?

If you have a Reward available, you will see an orange button on the Rewards Riches page that will invite you to claim it. If you see a countdown timer instead, this specifies how long you need to wait until your next Reward becomes available. For Freebies, a green button will appear when they are available.

How does my gameplay affect this?

Rewards Riches is there to reward your deposits and gameplay. The more active you are in the casino, the higher your Level, and the better the Rewards!

How long does my win take to be awarded?

Most Rewards will be awarded instantly. For VIP Points and Thunderball draw numbers, please allow up to 15 minutes to see your winnings reflected.

Why don't I have a Reward available?

Eligibility for Rewards is mainly based on deposits and gameplay. If you aren't eligible, you might need to deposit and play with your own funds to qualify.

What are Rewards Riches Levels?

Your Rewards Riches Level is visible to you at the top of the page and is represented by different icons.

The more you are active at the casino (through deposit and gameplay), the higher your Level, and the better the Rewards you receive every day!

What are Streaks?

Every day you claim a Reward you go up a Streak. This can be tracked by checking the Streak bar where you will see your progression and how long until you reach a Gold Surge! If you miss a day, you lose all your Streaks and start from zero again. Freebies will not count towards your Streak.

What is Gold Surge?

When you have claimed a Reward every day for 8 consecutive days and accumulated 8 Streaks, you can activate Gold Surge. To do this, tap the Gold Surge button at the top right, you will receive a Gold Surge Extra Reward - this will be an Upgraded Reward. You will then see your page turn gold and subsequently have 24 hours of Upgraded Rewards.

My Rewards Riches page just turned Gold, what does it mean?

Congratulations, you just hit a Gold Surge! This means you have claimed a Rewards Riches prize every day for 8 consecutive days and claimed your extra Reward! For 24 hours, your Rewards Riches page will be Gold and you will receive amazing, Upgraded guaranteed-prize Rewards!

Why is my Level not showing on the Leaderboard?

If you do not see your Level on the Leaderboard, it would mean you are currently missing out on frequent Rewards and may lose your Streak! Make sure you deposit and play to continue getting the best Rewards and save your Streak!

What is Thunderball?

Thunderball is a weekly draw where you can win jackpots! A Thunderball ticket consists of 6 numbers which can each be accumulated in Rewards and Freebies. Each number won as a Prize will be added to a Thunderball ticket; by accumulating 6 draw numbers, you will complete a ticket and become eligible for the next draw. Any numbers that you win after this will contribute to an additional ticket towards the next draw; effectively, every 6 numbers won from Prizes will validate a ticket for the next upcoming weekly draw.

How can I accumulate Thunderball tickets?

Thunderball tickets can only be accumulated through winning numbers in a Rewards Riches Prize. Effectively, this means that there is no limit on how many tickets you can enter into the next draw. The numbers/tickets are accumulated for the next draw only; everything is reset at the time of the draw, including incomplete tickets.

How do I win from Thunderball?

The weekly draw of 6 numbers will be compared against the numbers on each ticket with 6 numbers (any ticket with less numbers will not be submitted for the draw).

In order for a ticket to win, it must have at least two numbers that match the numbers drawn.

How much you win is then decided on:

1. The tier your ticket is in, which is determined by how many matching numbers your ticket has:
   
   Tier 1: 6 out of 6 matching draw numbers.
   Tier 2: 5 out of 6 matching draw numbers.
   Tier 3: 4 out of 6 matching draw numbers.
   Tier 4: 3 out of 6 matching draw numbers.
   Tier 5: 2 out of 6 matching draw numbers.
   
   Keep in mind that both numbers need to be on the same ticket.
   
2. Whether or not the Thunderball number on your ticket matches the one that was drawn – matching the Thunderball number boosts your winnings even more!

Your winnings will be awarded shortly after the draw in your Casino Rewards account as VIP Points.

Why did my ticket not win?

If you didn't win anything from Thunderball, it would be because none of your tickets had at least TWO winning numbers on the same ticket.

How will I know if I win from the Thunderball draw?

If you are a lucky winner, you will see your winnings on your Rewards Riches page. We will also send you an email using the email address we have on file for your account. Make sure you are subscribed to our emails to not miss out on being notified!
